Since Genius Platform did not have its own technology team, it was looking for a company that would meet all their demands and guide them with its experience and knowledge in this regard.

After the meeting we held, we stated that we could help them in this regard and that we could solve their requests in a short time under the leadership of our experts engineers.

We held a technical meeting with our project manager and pre-sales team in order to get more details about the project and to answer questions from our customers, and as a result of this meeting, we learned all their requirements.

In the first stage, their requests were as follows;

• A main site that explains who and what Genius Platform is, its purpose, and for whom it will serve, and users can exchange information (event forms, contact forms, newsletters etc.) when necessary.
• A panel where users called “Genius” can save their projects, make all updates and presentations about them, and make requests to meet other “Genius” and include them in their projects.
• A management panel that enables the execution and control of the system belonging to the website and the panel to be used by “Genius”s, and to manage users, projects and other information.

With this information, we started our work.

After the technical meeting we held for Genius Platform, we learned about the requests and created a roadmap within the framework of these requests.

In this roadmap, the following main headings were formed;

• Transfer and analysis of project
• Appointment of eligible developers to the project
• Starting the development of the project
• Finalization of the project

Transfer and analysis of project

Our first step is to transfer the information received from the customer to the relevant people.
The project manager and pre-sales at the technical meeting organize a meeting with the analyst who will take part in this project and the developer who will lead the project, and transfer all the information they receive to these people.

The project requested by the Genius Platform was a project gathered under 3 main groups. However, as a result of the meeting we held, we could create the panels they wanted with our own CRM and panels.
We talked about this issue with the Genius Platform side and conveyed this situation.
And as a result, we decided to move forward by arranging the product we have according to their needs, so that they could get the result they wanted in a much shorter time.

After these transfer and determination issues, the analyst produced a detailed analysis of the project and forwarded it to Genius Platform for final approval. When we successfully complete this process from start to finish, there is no question mark in mind, so that the project can progress clearly on both sides.

After this approval, the project manager, together with the developer who will manage the project, created the most appropriate sprints, taking into account the priorities of the customer.Thus, a clearer date for the deadline has emerged.
Since our priority here is the construction of the main site, we gave priority here and they were able to convey the activities they would do to the users through their websites without waiting for the completion of the entire project.

Appointment of eligible developers to the project

After the work to be done in the Genius Platform project was determined, we started looking for developers to do these work.
We were going to continue with developers from our main staff in our own CRM and panels, but we started the human resources process for the most suitable people for the design and construction of the website, and we found suitable developers in a short time through our business partners and human resources companies we work with.

Starting the development of the project

In the Genius Platform project, as the first stage was the creation of the website according to the sprints we determined, the priority in the first weeks was the completion of the design process.
At the stage we determined as v1, we decided to proceed with arrangements according to the needs on a theme and completed the design process with the information we received at this stage.

Here, we were progressing in the times we specified before, and at the end of each sprint, we would meet with the Genius Platform side and discuss whether everything was as they wanted, if any, we would quickly add the bugs to the next sprint and continue in this way.

After the completed design process, the coding of the site was completed with frontend and backend developers and we launched the website in a very short time.

Thus, we finished our first phase and continued with the CRM and panel arrangements. Here, too, we have progressed by adhering to the sprints and taking into account the results in the meetings at the end of the sprint, and successfully completed the developments.

Finalization of the project

After the website, “Genius” panel and administration panel were completed, we had another meeting with the Genius Platform side and went over all the work once again. Necessary arrangements were made for the points that were overlooked here, and after the testing processes, the site was ready to be used by users.

We do not finish work with the project after we deliver it, and since this project is a living project, we continue to work on problems to be experienced or improvements to be made with instant support.
